By The Ratmalana Railway Yard has has built a open observation carriage with no seats and only rais to hold.
A Rumanian Cariiage which had been put aside has been used and this train train carriage will be used in the upcountry trains .it will provide a great opertunity for the passangers to have a clear view of the picturesque surrounding of the Ella rail line.
