By Two suspected criminals have been arrested by the Tamilnadu police. The Sri Lanka police3 had informed the Tamilnadu police that Chandrakumar from Sri Lanka’s Kilinochchi district had broken into a famous jewelry shop and robbed it and then sought refuge in the Mandapam refugee camp.
Karunakaran from Jaffna who was among the recently arrived refugees was wanted in Sri Lanka for a murder case. India is seeing the arrival of refugees from the north who are trying to cope with the ongoing economic crisis.
