Keheliya indicted for paying private telephone bills with State funds

Minister of Health Keheliya Rambukwella has been indicted in the Colombo High Court for paying private telephone bills of Rs. 230,984.45 out of State Printing Corporation funds.
Former State Printing Corporation (SPC) Chairman Jayampathi Bandara Heenkenda has also been indicted.
