By State minister of defense Premitha Bandara Tennakoon who is currently in India has been reassured of Indian cooperation on security from minister of state for defense Ajay Bhatt.
The meeting has happened while President Ranil Wickramasingha is planning to visit New Delhi to appraise President Narendra Modi on the current situation.
Tennakoon is visiting India with a delegation of military officers to participate in the biennial global defense exhibition DefExpo2022.
